1. A transaction is considered valid when the phone pin or TopUp you wish to purchase is available and your credit card payment is validated and authorized by our merchant’s bank. In some instances where selected pin or TopUp is not available immediately, we will fulfill the order manually within 48 hours. If your transaction cannot be validated or authorized by our merchant’s bank, your transaction will not be completed. In this case, you need to use a different credit card.
2. All transactions completed on www.BuyChippieOnline.com are final and non-negotiable. The completed transaction is non-refundable.
3. BuyChippieOnline.com reserves the right to refuse sale if you fail to comply with the terms of sale.

5. When your credit card payment is approved, BuyChippieOnline.com will send the PIN and serial number to the email address provided during registration. You need to ensure that the email address specified during registration is valid. BuyChippieOnline.com bears no responsibility for non-receipt, loss, or theft of the phone card details once it is sent to your notated email address. If you DO NOT receive the PIN in your email address after the success of your transaction, you MUST contact us within two (2) business days.
6. BuyChippieOnline.com is a phone pin/TopUp reseller of our suppliers. As such, if you have any issues or problems with your phone card, you must contact the relevant customer service provider for each card directly. The contact numbers are listed on our website. Please provide the serial number of the PIN or TopUp recharge number when you contact them. We DO NOT refund or replace any lost, stolen, or expired cards.
7. TopUp/Cards/Pins purchased are NON-refundable and not exchangeable. Any potential refund is at the sole discretion of BuyChippieOnline.com. In the event BuyChippieOnline.com has agreed to provide you with a refund, it will be based on the price of the phone card or TopUp purchased
8. All account holders will be limited to purchasing a maximum value of $50 per month.
