There may be an occasional, short time lapse before the TopUp is credited by the relevant mobile carrier. A confirmation email with TopUp details will be sent once the transaction is completed.
Because of the immediate use of a TopUp, once a transaction has been completed and sent to the desired mobile number, it cannot be modified, cancelled, refunded, or removed. All transactions are final and no refunds are available. Once sent, TopUp cannot be refunded or removed from the receiving phone.
